Terms & Conditions
1. The purchase of a Sleep Package Consultation (the “Consultations”) and/or a Gift Card will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
2. The full fee for Fridays Sleep services is due on booking your Consultation with Fridays Sleep.
3. If the Sleep Package is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the consultation) the following terms and conditions apply:
- Less than 24 hours’ notice – no amount will be refunded
- 24 - 48 hours’ notice – 50% of full amount will be refunded
- More than 48 hours’ notice – 100% will be refunded to the client
4. If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as the reason for a cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time, Fridays Sleep on a case by case basis, may accept a rescheduled appointment within 14 days weeks of the original booking time.
5. Fridays Sleep reserves the right to cancel and/ or reschedule Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances or if the client has not provided a full sleep diary and completed their questionnaire as explained in the welcome email received upon booking.
- In the event of Fridays Sleep cancelling due to personal circumstances, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.
- In the event that the client fails to provide a full 3-5 day sleep diary and filled out questionnaire, Fridays Sleep will offer an alternative date one time. Beyond this point, if a sleep diary and questionnaire are not provided within 36h of the rescheduled consultation, the consultation will be cancelled and 50% of full amount will be refunded.
6. In respect of each package (the “Package”) granted by Fridays Sleep to the Client, the Client agrees that it shall not provide the Package to any third party who is not a Client.
7. Advice given by Fridays Sleep is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.
8. Fridays Sleep advises to the best of their ability, experience and training but does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioural work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultations process.
9. If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition, Fridays Sleep reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.
10. If it’s found to be the Client’s child’s age is under 5 months and this hasn’t been explicitly stated to Fridays Sleep (the “Company”), the Company reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.
11. Fridays Sleep is contactable at any time 8:30 am - 9 pm but will respond when possible, as soon as possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays.
12. Fridays Sleep reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of the Company/Sole Trader Name placed here team.
13. Fridays Sleep reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
