The Fridays philosophy is to provide maximum care and support to your child whilst enabling parents to achieve their goals quickly. As a parent and previously a client of a sleep consultant myself I understand the position parents are in when seeking help: we want to be there for our little ones as much as possible (I won’t be advising you to leave your child to ‘cry it out’) whilst ensuring they (and us) get the restorative, quality rest as soon as possible.

Here’s how we will get there:

I will provide an in depth analysis of your child’s sleep and a 1:1 consultation to understand your family sleep goals and advise you on a personalised sleep solution.

You will receive a bespoke day and night plan to get your family on track for some well deserved rest taking into account your family objectives, needs and circumstances.

Included will be guidance, encouragement and 1:1 support to implement your sleep plan, respond to any changes needed to ensure progress for your family

And finally, some future looking tips and tricks to ensure your family can maintain the newfound rest as your little one’s sleep needs change over time.
