If you have tried everything to improve your child’s sleep… from placing limes in bedrooms to expensive apps and still find yourself wide‑eyed at 3 am, you’ve landed in exactly the right place.

The next few weeks will blur by regardless, if you are ready to make a change that will work for your family, let’s get started.

How I Can Help You

  • First and foremost - I will help you and your little have improved sleep. Get ready to let go of the bed-time battles, night wakes, and early mornings.

  • I will listen to your concerns, sleep goals, and analyse your baby or toddler’s sleep to find a solution that works for your family.

  • We will have a 1:1 in-depth consultation followed by a bespoke, science backed sleep plan, and ongoing support to help achieve your goals and transform your little one’s sleep.

  • No-cookie cutter routines or sleep training methods that you aren’t comfortable with. As a parent and previously a client of a sleep consultant myself I understand the position parents are in when seeking help: we want to be there for our little ones as much as possible (I won’t be advising you to leave your child to ‘cry it out’) whilst ensuring they (and us) get the restorative, quality rest as soon as possible.

How Does It Work?

  • This is a free and no obligations call in case you would like to find out more and we can see if we’re a good fit for each other. You can book via this link.

If you prefer to skip this step that’s fine, when you go straight to purchasing your package and booking the consultation.

  • You can book and pay for your consultation all safely online. You will only be able to book with at least a week’s notice to allow you time to complete your child’s sleep diary and questionnaire.

  • Once your spot has been secured I will send you a detailed email with the next steps (completing a 2-4 day sleep diary and questionnaire) including any templates you can use to make life easy :)

  • The big event! We will discuss and tailor your sleep plan to suit your family and agree on a start date for the support period. After this call I will send you your detailed sleep plan for you to print out/download and refer to as you please.

  • I will be on hand via WhatsApp for your chosen time period to answer any questions and help monitor your little one’s continued sleep to make appropriate tweaks to the initial plan to ensure we meet your goals. We’ll mostly be texting / voice noting, but I don’t mind jumping on another quick call during our support period if you prefer!

  • Once our support period ends I will send you a handover note to prep you for any future scenarios or tricky situations such as starting daycare, travel, or simply as your little one gets older

FAQs

  • I will act as your one source of evidence based guidance for sleep improvements. I will listen to your current situation, challenges and goals. Using this, I will identify changes that you need to make in your child’s day and night time child's routine, sleep environment and provide a practical plan and support to improve your child's sleep.

In addition to identifying improvements to those, I will support you with teaching your child to sleep longer / through the night by helping them fall back asleep by themselves. I will also equip you with the tools to respond you your baby's sleep needs in the future.

  • No - it's not a need, in the same way that a personal trainer is not a need. Good quality sleep is vital for us, and there is research you can do yourself to implement and improve sleep for yourself and your little one. Similarly, you can exercise without the support of a coach.

However, having someone there to be one source of guidance instead of browsing through conflicting advice, having someone there to keep you accountable, encourage you, tailor things to your individual goals and circumstances is the value a sleep consultant adds. You’re more likely to stay consistent and see faster results by using a sleep consultant. There is a reason people say using a sleep consultant is life changing :) Though unlike with a personal trainer, you will hopefully only have to use a sleep consultant the one time, not on an ongoing basis.

  • When what you currently do no longer works for your family.

There is nothing wrong with co-sleeping safely or feeding to sleep, having a dummy or doing whatever else you need to do at night, as long as it is safe, to support your child at night. However if you feel like it is becoming unsustainable and impacting your family negatively, and you are ready to make a change - then its ok to ask for help.

  • I work with families of children 5/6 months to 4 years. I am trained to support from the newborn stage however, before 5 months baby sleep is very different - I am happy to chat you and offer some practical advice, but my sleep services are not suited for babies under 5 months.

  • My most asked question is about whether I will ask you to use cry-it out. Cry-it-out is not something I recommend to my clients, I don't see the need for it when there are more responsive ways of improving sleep. I will be able to help you make changes in a gradual, supportive and attachment focused way.

I prefer working with ‘gentle’ and comfort based methods but I am not against sleep training.

I may on occasion suggest sleep training methods (leaving the child’s room for short periods), with parents who need quick results and are comfortable with sleep training.

Being open to sleep training technically makes me not a ‘gentle’ coach and I sit proudly on that fence. I sleep trained my own child and know it can have incredible outcomes. But it is often quite difficult for the parent and child, which is why I prefer to work with gentle methods where possible.

  • Typically, yes - no matter how gentle the approach, babies don't like change and when you're putting in place new boundaries. Crying is their way to communicate. It's feels more intense at night at night when they are resisting to change or boundaries because not only are they tired and therefore feeling more sensitive, you also can't distract them with a toy or otherwise - they need to sleep.

Some babies don't cry or cry very little - some babies cry a lot. Their temperament will dictate some of how they respond, my job is to help you find the best solution that you are comfortable with.

But I do want to reassure you that tears for a few nights won't damage your baby - they know you are there, you love them, you spend quality time with them during the day. It is not true that they won't call out for you at night when they need you once they learn how to sleep because they will expect you to be absent. Put simply, this is an internet myth, yes, even if you use an extinction method (e.g. Ferber). Your child will learn to fall back asleep by themselves where they can and when they are feeling poorly, can't find their cuddly toy as a toddler, or need a drink - trust me, they will let it be known.

If you have more questions about this, I’d be happy to chat over a discovery call.

  • Absoloutley, yes. If you need help night weaning or reducing night feeds, I got you.

  • It varies baby to baby, situation to situation, the little ones age, as well as the approach taken - it can take as little as 3 days on rare occasions, especially if sleep training, but usually 5-7 days to see real progress, sometimes it can take a little longer.

Whilst it can often feel like real progress has been made in the first week, establishing good sleep and setting it as a habit can take longer.

My preferred time to spend with parents is 3 weeks.

  • My prices range from £177 to £367 depending on your chosen support period. For more info on the packages I offer, scroll a little below :)

  • I am OCN certified in sleep coaching and have taken additional training in holistic sleep coaching by the wonderful Lyndsay Hookway who is a leading practitioner in science and evidence based sleep for children. Through my membership with the International Pediatric Sleep Association and independent research I have studied the science behind infant sleep beyond these courses. To ensure I can support  families in the best possible way; I also benefit from an ongoing mentorship from other highly experienced sleep experts.

  • Of course, book a free, no obligations call with me and we can chat through whatever is on your mind :)

What’s the Investment?

Whilst we can probably agree that good sleep is priceless, sleep coaching does come with a bit of an investment. In addition to purchasing a plan, you will need to invest time and be committed to making changes.

Included with all of the Friday’s sleep packages:

  • In-depth sleep assessment: After you book you will receive an email confirmation with a link to a detailed questionnaire and sleep diary template to complete.

  • 1:1 Consultation: In the consultation we will discuss your challenges in detail, findings from the sleep assessment and strategies on how we can achieve your goals. This will be chance for you to voice what will work best for your family and ask any questions.

  • Bespoke Plan: Following our consultation, you will receive a personalised plan including possible reasons for your sleep challenges, recommendations based on these as well as guidance for navigating days and nights with your little one’s sleep in mind in the context of your family circumstances.

You can choose one of the sleep packages, depending on the level of support your family would like. If you’re unsure, a discovery call is perfect for helping you determine what’s best for you or perhaps even creating a bespoke support package.

As new parents, you quickly learn that infant sleep is a bit of a lucky dip with a splash of every forum thread and well‑meaning aunt offering utterly conflicting (and let’s face it… often ridiculous) advice.

Mix the sky‑high expectations of our culture with the relatively low support parents receive, and before long you’re running on just caffeine and pure willpower.

And look, I get it. Parenting is tiring in itself at times and we certainly don’t have to make things harder for ourselves by continued lack of sleep. With work demands, less of a village and other dependents… whatever your circumstances - I would love to help you make parenting slightly easier and more enjoyable.

So why don’t we have a quick chat?

An introduction call is completely optional (and free of course) but a good opportunity to have a chat and get more of a feel of if we would be a good fit. It is free and no obligations. It’s a chance for you to discover what I can do to help make your family sleep a wonderful and peaceful part of your day. I will use this to understand whether I am able to support you.
